I went looking for MAC, but this location didn't have it. I was pressed for time, and they helped me find another brand that was great, and they matched my skin tone perfectly.
Needs help with a gift card today. Trust me it was a complicated one. All kinds of steps. Kendra really helped walk me through every step. She was genuinely helping. Such a kind human. Ulta is lucky to have her.
I was greeted at the door with a smile. She was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. She helped me pick out ombre lip combo and a winged liner. Was very patient with my questions. I don't know nothing about makeup. I didn't feel rushed. And that was very much appreciated.
Overall my experience there was very pleasant.
I forgot to inquire do they apply the makeup for you if you needed help applying it and was there a fee, if they did it. Outside of that my visit was 100% on point.
10/10 recommend coming to this Ulta.
