Came here for counseling. Had a last minute EMERGENCY cancellation. No understanding or consideration. Wanted to charge me an obnoxious cash only late fee (what a scam) without providing a receipt. The receptionist over the phone told me I can afford it because I wear nice clothes. Tried telling me what life changes I should make to pay their late fee. I'm sorry but if its an emergency, it should be considered to waive a late fee. Doctors offices don't even charge as high as they do for a late or last minute cancellation. I don't understand why they would want to lose a patient over one canceled visit. They would have made more money had they waived the late fee. OH and lets not even talk about the times I was there ON TIME for my appointment and waited HOURS for my therapist to show but they want to charge me for an EMERGENCY cancellation???? No exaggeration. I'll never use this place again.
