Trainers take an interest in all fitness levels and are nice. However, some members have recently expressed concerns about cleanliness, particularly mentioning hair and sand in the pool, as well as dirt in the whirlpool. Additional perks include access to a sauna, hot tub, and clean facilities, although some have noted issues like a lack of paper towels in the locker rooms. While many members have positive experiences working out at LA Fitness and appreciate the great equipment and additional services, attention to detail and cleanliness remain important for enhancing the overall experience.
Signed up to use the pool while the pool at the Mt. Clemens Y is being repaired. I enjoyed practicing in the shallow pool and felt safe especially since there's no lifeguard. Everyone was friendly and polite, except for an older male member that I overheard being sexually inappropriate with the young woman at the reception desk, and yes I reported him! The locker room was a big disappointment! An out of order bathroom stall had a foul odor coming from it. There weren't any shower heads except in one handicapped stall, and that one had a shower curtain that was covered in mold, the cleaning woman said she'd change the curtain. Jenna is absolutely amazing. She’s always upbeat, smiling, and full of energy. Aside from the cleanliness and outstanding customer service this location provides, Jenna is an awesome piece to the Roseville LA Fitness system. Keep up the great work!
Storm is the best , she beautiful, carries herself well, and the most positive, attentive , & interactive with everyone who walk ins , actually cares about improvements and ALWAYS has that pretty smile on her face
