We've been going here for years, especially since our taxes grew quite complicated. Never had a problem. The staff has always been friendly, and John has been beyond accommodating in his explanations or changes in tax laws from one year to the next.Clearly, as a courtesy, it helps to get everything in before the tax day rush. Nobody likes the person who waits until the last second, then expects to be treated like royalty.I'd recommend this place to anyone.

I'm going to say that the more I thought about the service I received in the past years, the more I realized the firm tries very hard to service many people at a fair price. Tax time is always such an anxious time for myself and many others. They are doing their best to get to everyone and do a thorough job. Working on staying positive and patient will make it easier for everyone.
