10/10 experience, my laptop was utterly bricked and I'm not exactly the richest person in the world. Any other place would have brushed me off when I brought up my economical status, not here. Sadly my laptop could not be brought back from death; but a very affordable tower was on offer and the owner was kind enough to hold it for me till I could come get it the day after. Even told me what happened to break the laptop in the first place which was very cathartic after a very stressful period of some weeks.
Knowledgable, great prices and kind. Easy recommend to anyone in need of computer service or sale.
