Friendly employees. Good prices. I had a hack contractor work on my garage. When it was time to get the metal roof materials, he couldn't get them. (Probably due to him screwing last supplier. He's now bankrupt) I was able to purchase the materials here, a lot cheaper than I thought. His crappy work leaked at my cupola, and a piece blew off. Trent came out to give me an estimate, on a Friday. When I explained my story to him, he said he had a general idea, but he would need to come back Monday, with help, to get measurements of the cupola. Northern Michigan Metal Roofing recent installed a new standing seam metal roof at my home. They also wrapped the soffits and facia with aluminum and replace the wood trim around my window with PVC vinyl. Not only did they do the work at a fair price, they also showed up on time and completed the work in professional and timely manner. I am delighted with the outcome I received and would recommend Northern Michigan Metal Roofing to anyone and everyone. Honestly, they are the best contractors I have ever dealt with in northern Michigan by far.
I had a severe ice dam in the front and back of my house that started to leak into my house. Called Northern Michigan Metal Roofing and they jumped right on it. Mike and Trent worked for 2 days getting it removed. Friendly and courteous. Answered any of my questions. I appreciated how hard they worked. Afterwards they shoveled away the snow and ice that came off the roof. I was not expecting that. I am definitely calling them back in spring to install a system to prevent the ice from building up again.
As a company, they have a great team and earned my trust and respect.
I have no reservations about recommending them to anyone.
