Arrived to pick up pallets. Employees were there by 630. I was told they need to take care of their trucks and would come get me when i could go to a dock. At 715... i was put to a dock.... They finished loading by 945. It was not quick at all. Employee was friendly... no urgency.

Take the service road right after entering complex.Extremely nice staff (Holly)Plenty of room to maneuver and 10 hour breaks allowed.Don't know wait tes on loading/unloading since I drop/hook
