So apparently the driver gets to decide if they deliver your product to your door or leave it at the end of your driveway.Good thing I was able to get it up on my porch before the trash Guys thought that it was trash

Absolutely unprofessional experience. They were used for a delivery to a customer of mine and they forgot 75% of the order. Fast forward a week and they still haven’t delivered what they forgot and now won’t return any calls or emails to explain why this is taking so long.

Worst delivery experience I've ever encountered. I purchased flooring through Home Depot that required XPS Delivery. The Delivery was 2.5 weeks late, which delayed the completion of my project. On the morning of the delivery, the driver called me with an attitude to ask if I will be home. I ignored the attitude and told him yes. 10 minutes after the call, he arrived at our door in a huff (footage visible on our Ring camera), rang the bell, aggressively walked away toward the truck as if about to leave and stood in front of the truck bed (didn't even wait 10 seconds by the door before we opened, so not sure why he was so frustrated).
