They were professional. Got right to work. Kept me in the loop about everything they were doing. Cleaned up after they were done. Only problem was they forgot to turn furnace back on after they were done. I thought furnace was broke. Good thing I have Consumers appliance plan. Could’ve been an expensive visit.
