When I saw the bad reviews I turned to my wife and said, "this isn't going to be good". Boy was I pleasantly surprised. I called to check on a shipment and get an approximate shipment window and if they could add my phone number to the order and have the driver call me on his way. Adria took care of all my requests and was very informative and kind along the way. The driver even called me earlier in the day of delivery to make sure everything was correct. I had a shipment come a week later and sure enough, Adria called me ahead of time to check on the inbound shipment again. This is our first experience dealing with this company, but they truly did a great job!! Between the office contact in Romulus, Adria, and the driver who delivered our sofa, Fred; we were kept in the loop all the way. This came to our home in metro Detroit from Minneapolis in just 2 days!! Had no idea it would be that quick. The driver went the extra mile to help us also!!

I’m extremely satisfied with the progress roadrunner has made with our drivers performance customer service and the environment :) we are striving to be the best here at Roadrunner and can’t wait to see the turn around in the future
