Took my 2010 ford focus for leaky brakes and it was fixed in a day, even though they were busy they saw it extremely fast and always had my car ready next day. I had an issue with my brake sensors afterwards and they fixed it for free! They're so nice, and priced fair. It was 700 bucks for a full brake job, not bad. Go here, theyre great!
I had a great experience at Five Points Auto Care today. My Honda CR-V suddenly showed multiple warning and error messages, and I was concerned about whether it was safe to drive home. Even though they were very busy, one of the technicians took the time to check my car with a diagnostic device and then offered to take it for a test drive to make sure it was driving safely.
After the test drive, all of the warning messages surprisingly disappeared. He explained what might have happened and reassured me that the car was driving normally. When I asked how much I owed him, he said there was no charge.
