Very unprofessional delivery company. Refuse to ship my order or return my order to the company in a timely manner. spoke with a representative who gave TERRIBLE customer service. This company is paid to ship. They don’t ship in a timely manner. They don’t have a general way of you knowing a delivery date, so it’s basically a wait and see for a phone call. Even after expressing to the rep that my family will be leaving for a vacation on the 8th of March, so an estimated delivery date was needed.
