If you're someone who's suffered from chronic stiffness, John can serve as a key integral stepping-stone to achieving a once familiar pain-free life. Since as long as I can remember, I've had tight hips and hamstrings which have made it difficult to do just about anything without suffering from joint discomfort. This can range from walking, running, squatting, even sitting.John has a keen understanding of physiology, identifying the root cause of stiffness, related pressure points, and how to properly stretch fascia. Like many people in their 30s, I still have athletic ambitions and have full faith that John will help me achieve my goals.

John helped me address a burning nerve pain in my finger. My shoulder had locked up after a long flight with heavy luggage. John identified which muscles could be impinging the nerve that runs down my arm and helped release it the same day. It was really impressive to see his knowledge about anatomy play out in practice. I don't know all the names to major muscles and how they attach, but John does!He also showed me stretches I can do myself to help prevent/relieve the issue. My first experience with Vital Restoration was 2 years ago. I had discovered the sport of weightlifting a few months prior, and I absolutely loved it, however a few months into training I injured my back. I couldn’t get through a day without it bothering me.
