Don’t work or service. Needed to reschedule start date for reasonable cause. A family members had passed and I let them know. Never responded or not even a I’m sorry for your loss. Not great people take your service and work elsewhere.

They are very good and even go above and beyond cleaning when my mom was found on the floor by them! Outstanding people!

My experience with this company has been awful. I called around to multiple cleaning companies in the area for a quote for a deep cleaning before listing my house for sale. An employee came to my home, looked around, and quoted me $150 for the cleaning. I was put on the schedule a couple weeks after my quote but never told me a time. The night before my scheduled cleaning I still had not heard from them about what time they would be at my house. The next morning I received a message saying they were on their way, with very short notice I had to gather my kids and get out of the house so we were not in the way. Halfway through the cleaning I was called and told that $150 would not cover it, even though that was my quoted price. I said ok, I am listing my house for sale today so just please finish and I will pay extra. They messaged me later that day to say it would be ANOTHER $150 for the cleaning. $300 total after I was quoted $150. And that didn't even include tip. The cleaning crew that was here were wonderful and did a good job. I would have loved to work with them again, but the management here is terrible. I hope their workers are treated better than their customers.
