My church recommended that I check this place out when I was searching for a home for my family of five. I called Andy and when he told me how cheap the place was, I had to go and see it. I didn't expect anything spectacular for the price and honestly did not care. To my shock, the trailer blew my mind and I was thoroughly impressed with how clean and new everything inside looked. I felt guilty that such a nice home was going to cost us so little but they insisted that they were not asking for more than originally stated. Katey's customer service during the application process was both accommodating and friendly. What a pleasure to do business with this family.
