No problem with the taxes themselves. The problem is the lack of communication and the amount of time to get the taxes back. Almost didn't come back this year because they were late last year but decided to give them another chance. It took 3 months to get my taxes and that's only because I went in and complained. They don't answer the phone. It goes straight to voice-mail and it's full and can't leave a message. Went in person and they were closed during hours the said they would be open. A friend dropped her taxes off the same say as me. She went in and they said they were working on that date. They called her the next day and they were done. I have been coming here for three years now. This man and his team take pride in what they do. He’s fast, efficient, inexpensive and seriously amazing! I will forever go here. Best decision I have ever made. Rose works in the front and she’s on top of everything. She’s the sweetest woman
