When my basement walls needed work, I went looking for a local, maybe family owned, highly rated company that would provide me with a reasonable expense estimate. I found Foundations Restorations to be an ideal fit during my search! Brad Farthing from Foundation Restoration was extremely professional and thorough. He personally called before arriving, reviewed the large document packet I provided before the appointment, spent significant time inspecting and measuring the property, answered a long list of questions, and prepared a detailed illustrated proposal during the visit. He did not pressure me to make an immediate decision and understood that I am comparing several major options. Given how difficult it has been to get clear communication and written information from contractors during this situation, Brad’s preparation, follow-through, and willingness to explain everything were greatly appreciated.
The two teams were very nice and friendly. They repaired the crack in the basement wall and a leak. In addition, the other team raised the poles on the barn using the Helicoil Pier system. Highly recommend FR to anyone in need of foundation repair. Thank you!
