Staff is kind, courteous, and in my 10+ years at this office they are ALWAYS on time or early!! Parking is easy. Beautiful building. I was able to get in for an urgent appointment within hours (it was certainly not even close to an emergency). Angelica is so gentle and lovely for my cleanings, Dr. Conlan is kind and thorough. Great experience.
Many people do not like going to the Dentist. However, if you go to Rockford Downtown Dental, this place will change your mind! Friendly staff that takes care of you from start to finish. Easy in and easy out! Dr. Chad does a wonderful job!
Absolutely recommend!
I normally hate going to the dentist because it never feels good. Not anymore. I cannot wait to go back. The dentist was very kind and thorough and listened to me and never judged me. The RDH was absolutely amazing! She knew exactly what she was doing and she was very thorough and gentle. I never felt overwhelmed or judged for not seeing a dentist in years. The whole team was very welcoming and made me feel right at home.
If you want a dental office who knows what they are doing and will treat you like family then you need to book your appointment now.
I never write reviews but they did such a wonderful job that I felt they deserved a review.
