Arn and Kim we're great to work with! They took the time to explain things we weren't knowledgeable about and we're always looking out for our best interests. We've been in our new home for a little over a year with no issues!

We met Arn and Kimberly while attending the Parade of Homes. We were nearing retirement and weighing our options regarding housing. We loved their house featured that year, plus their willingness to help with finding a lot and selling our existing home.Arn and Kimberly consistently go above and beyond the norm to help the customer. When we found a potential lot, Arn was willing to look at it and evaluate it for suitability.During the entire building process, Arn was excellent at communicating progress and answering questions.
