I see Lisa at the Rockford Great Clips! She does an awesome job every time. She asks and listens to what your needs and/or problems are with your hair. Plus it has a new fresh look.
I've been going here for 10 years now. For the first 7 years, I had Meghan cut my hair. When she relocated, Cassie stepped in and has been cutting my hair since. I always receive great consistent service. Love the new renovation as well. I do however miss my reloadable card that would save a few bucks each visit. Overall, very satisfied.
I stopped by to get my son's hair fixed and the ladies were very professional and friendly. Didn't take long to get my son back to school and save his day from an embarrassment. Thank You so much! Happy Thanksgiving to every one at Great Clips 🙏
