Excellent. We were impressed all around, starting with the extremely helpful and friendly service by the office and all the way through the completion of the project. Joe and the staff are knowledgeable, professional, excellent at communicating (and coordinating), and get the job done right. Not only would I recommend them, I know who I'm calling for any chimney related need in the future.

I had been putting off getting our fireplace fixed for a while. Copperfield Chimney came highly recommended by others in my neighborhood. Communication beforehand was great, my technician, Joe, arrived at the beginning of the service time window, he quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Joe was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Cost was fair and less than I was expecting to pay. So glad to have a working fire again just in time for a very cold weekend. I would recommend Copperfield Chimney to anyone without hesitation.
