This store is phenomenal—from their quality products to their kind and knowledgeable staff! Liz was especially amazing as she skillfully honed in on my particular style and color pallet to find me the most flattering shades of lipstick and blush! She was able to find what I was looking for — even without having to ask! It was the best experience I’ve had trying to create an improved look. Liz made it evident that she would do anything to ensure we walked away feeling as good inside as we would on the outside! I can’t recommend this location, and their staff, enough!!
Laney was so great! She helped me find some great products for me as my wedding is coming up along with good and useful advice on looks and skincare. Thank you Laney you’re the best <3
I don’t live in Rochester but was in the area yesterday around 1-2:30 pm on Tuesday, Jan. 14th. I went in with my sister and I was blown away by with how many things they have! They had every single perfume i’ve been looking for, they just have everything you want and more! On top of that, service is great. The girl cashing out my sister and I was very kind, talkative and humble😊 i believe she must’ve been wearing a white shirt, she also has long brown gorgeous hair. i would’ve shouted her out on here but unfortunately, i do not know her name😢 there should be more people like her in every retail store!
