Superior Lock & Key LLC provides prompt and professional service for lock issues and key programming. Customers appreciate the knowledgeable staff who take time to explain problems and solutions. Many reviews highlight the kindness and fantastic customer service, making visitors feel as if they have stepped into a time when customer care was paramount. The family-run business offers fair pricing and reliable keys, often at lower prices than dealerships. They complete work quickly and are known for their friendly, eager-to-help staff, especially in stressful situations. The shop handles on-site lock work, rekeying at their shop, and making key duplicates. Customers have praised the owner and staff for their great service over the last 20 years. Especially impressive was the ability to handle complicated situations with new transponder keys and fobs, with expert staff like Ben, who used expensive equipment to code automotive keys efficiently. The business also has a charming building, adding to its appeal. Overall, it remains a trusted choice for lock and key needs, with excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff.
Honestly this place is spectacular. Great customer service and run by a family. Ben specifically was wonderful! Incredibly helpful on the phone and walked me thru all the possible solutions to my problem with expert care. I chose to go here instead of the dealership and I do not regret it. Better price for programming and they even went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t have the same issue again.
Got my keys and fob keys programmed also here. Good work! Quality!!
Excellent quality family work I will be back
