Got a haircut on Saturday at this place for the first time and I had a fantastic experience! From a warm welcome to the fenomenal service. Bess was a sweetheart and made me feel very special. She listened to what I wanted to get done and checked often to make sure I was satisfied. The VIP expedience was a nice touch and although I come to Michigan often and I will make sure to book her every time I am in town! Thank you Bess! You made a difference.

I have been here a couple of times now. First time I went, best haircut of my life, second time I went, not so great. So when I complained, they got right back to me and took care of me and fixed my hair for me. I'm not going to recommend the lady that did my hair only because I want her to still be available for whenever I need to get my haircuts and won't be so busy from everybody else wanting her to do theirs ?.Service: Haircut
