Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I did a 40 min. private session. I have been dealing with a respiratory issue for years. I had a lot of relief after one session. I'll definitely be going back.

The esthetics department along with Mrs. Z (esthetic’s instructor) and students chose this place as field trip. Ana, the owner, was very informative & patient with us. She answered all of questions along with the history of the salt room. We also received a foot detox along with tea and water. Her establishment follows all of decontamination 2(sanitation &disinfection). We loved this experience and can’t to share it with our family!!!!!

The Fam!!! ❤️ we spent the most relaxing hour in this Salt room in Rochester. Great experience for all of us. Beware, you will feel so relaxed that you'll fall asleep. My body feels a lot better, but my mind feels great. Been a long time since I've released every thing from my mind, but the salt room, the atmosphere was so so amazing. Try it, it's kid friendly too.

Our salt room is a facility designed to replicate the purest micro-climate found in nature- the salt mines. The walls and the floors of the salt rooms are covered with pure sodium chloride ( salt) to create and maintain a germ free, allergen free and negative ions charged environment. Salt has been widely known for it’s anti inflammatory and anti bacterial properties. The halotherapy ( salt therapy) is a natural relief for allergies, asthma, bronchitis, cough and colds, frequent respiratory infections, sinusitis, eczema, insomnia, stress and depression. Those are only o few of the area where the salt therapy helps in relieving in a natural way.
