Red Lotus has provided me with a practice that allows me to focus on breathing, flexibility and strength and has boosted my mental and well being. It is a very inviting place to practice and I have become so much stronger mentally and physically in the last 6 months I have been there.

Amazing yoga studio! Excellent classes for any skill level. Accepting, comfortable environment. I came into yoga with a wrist injury, and the teacher helped me before the class to figure out how to modify the positions so my wrist wouldn't hurt. She was super knowledgeable and kind! The owner is very personable, and the front desk staff is attentive and friendly. The studio is clean and attractive and makes you feel calm and accepted. Best yoga experience I've ever had. The teacher adjusted the temperature and lights throughout the session to make sure it was a comfortable, calming environment at all times. A very warm & welcoming environment. I dropped in for a vinyasa class. I enjoyed the teacher, brandi and her flow, as it was challenging and fun. I also enjoyed the lights on the ceiling for savasana, that added to the ambiance and was something new that made the studio's atmosphere stand out.
