Putman Plumbing was professional and very honest regarding my water system. Brent spent time testing my water, offered suggestions then went out of his way to purchase bleach and return to work on my softener. He helped me understand my system and how it worked. He did not try to sell me any special product or attachment or equipment. If the procedure he performed to regenerate my water softener does not work in time then I most definitely will call Putman and Sons Plumbing again for their expertise. Much appreciated and highly recommended. Thank you.

Extremely professional and simple billing. Instead of charging a service call fee to come out and then tell you how much like most places do they charge a reasonable hourly rate that then goes to half hour increments if needed. From the first phone call to the plumber that did the work my impression was nice, courteous, Fair pricing, and understanding of the situation. What more could you ask from a company. I will use them in the future and strongly refer to my professional, and personal networks for sure.
