The ambience is pretty decent. My husband booked me a 90 min massage with an add on service. Lisa was my masseuse and must say she did an amazing job. Would go back here when I get a chance.
This location is clean and inviting. The staff is friendly and accommodating to specific needs upon request. I ultimately needed to cancel my membership due to medical reasons. The owner, Jen, worked with me from an account management side and allowed me to exit our legal contract. The company as a whole has been responsive to this issue. I would return if medical concerns were not standing in my way!
My gf got us a 1 hour hot stone couples massage for Valentine's Day - check Groupon guys cuz massages are expensive! Staff at the front and the massage therapists were all super nice and friendly. Relaxing decor in the lobby and the room. The reason I'm only going 3 star here is: uno) the actual massage an and dos) the massage table, supposedly heated. So the actual massage fell a bit short for me. Before you get started you fill out some stuff and meet with your massage therapist to figure out preferences. I.e. if you have any tight muscles, if you want your face or gluteus bootius massaged, etc. They even ask if you prefer a light pressure or deep tissue. I requested the "go hard, seriously, you won't hurt me." But I got more easy like Sunday morning. Ok, and this heated massage table thing. I was expecting a heated massage table to get a little toasty. It didn't. Not even by the end of the session. I also appreciated that they weren't too pushy on trying to sell us on their monthly memberships at the end. So, overall, a decent experience.
