Based on the reviews, Laurie Moy, DO, is a kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable physician. Dr. Moy is very prompt, courteous, attentive, and collaborative. She answered all questions and helped with questions for other doctors. Dr. Moy listens to everything and does not rush patients. She takes good care of patients and their families. The staff are also courteous, friendly, and collaborative. Patients feel at ease and have an excellent experience overall.
Dr. Moy was very very prompt, kind, empathetic, courteous, attentive, and collaborative. She took care of all of my concerns. I had an excellent visit with her. Not to mentioned with all of the practice’s staff that I interacted with. They were all courteous, friendly and collaborative. An excellent experience overall, all the way around.
I love Dr.Moy and Dr Surrendaran and the whole staff at this office, Dr. Moy is so kind and listens to everything I have to say, doesn’t rush me at all, they’re all so kind here. Would recommend 110 percent ♥️
I really liked seeing Dr.Moy. I’m a patient of Dr.Kamath but she was on vacation. Dr. Moy showed empathy towards me, which made me feel like I was being heard. She listened and was very supportive and I would definitely see her again in the absence of Dr.Kamath. Actually I think I would be comfortable with all the doctors. My Mother in law, Brother in law and Husband all go to Rochester Primary clinic. The front office staff are very helpful and polite and very efficient with insurance. The nurses and aides are very friendly and helpful also.
