Customers have praised the company for their flexibility in scheduling appointments around their availability, and for their thorough explanations of the work before starting. The installation crews have been described as polite, courteous, and having great communication skills. They also ensure that the work area is cleaned up, leaving it even cleaner than it was before they arrived.

However, there have been some issues with communication and follow-up regarding inspections. The company initially did not have physical plans on-site for the inspection, which led to the work being denied by the inspector. There was a lack of communication from the company regarding the final inspection, and the physical plans were not provided in a timely manner.
Overall, Foundation Systems of Michigan is a highly respected and trusted foundation contractor in Michigan, known for their skilled installation teams and high-quality products. However, there is room for improvement in their communication and follow-up regarding inspections.
We had some concrete pads leveled in our driveway and a vioded area under a portion of our basement floor supported.
The two techs Matt G. and Devon C. We're very professional and respectful to our property and left very little to clean up. I would definitely recommend Ground Works.
Impressive all-around job. Riley and his team were terrific. They were punctual, professional, very neat & left nothing for me to clean up after them! I am pleased to say they were all respectful and polite. A delightful experience for me...5 stars.
Jacob, Steve, and Hunter aka Wilson were absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond. Thank you so much for all your hard work and communication during the project! We would definitely recommend them and the company to everyone!
