John Terry did a good job inspecting our sump pump and back up battery. The negative problem I have is the company does not call back after several attempts. I wanted to know the cost of a back up battery before John came out. I guess they didn’t want me to shop around.
Our driveway and porch presented a number of challenges after many years of water eroding the ground underneath. We are so grateful that we found Groundwork. Their method of concrete lifting was exactly what our situation required. The best part, though, was the people we dealt with throughout the process. I have a great experience with Groundworks Company. There representative, David Cottone, is very knowledge about this company. David rocks. He came over to walk house and exam everything that needed to be done on my driveway. He also should me how things would look on his tablet in blue print form. David gave me a history lesson on the company which made me feel at easy. The company have been around for years, so I know they are the real deal. With that being said, if you need work on the outside or inside of your house; Groundworks Company is that company that will handle your business with grace, honor and respect.
