I have been coming here for almost 4 months and can’t say enough good things about it. The trainers are so welcoming and fun - I feel challenged and supported with each workout. I have noticed such an improvement in my muscle tone! The workout itself depends on the day - some days are resistance based others Are more cardio-geared. The mix of workouts is so beneficial and I’ve never felt stronger!
I have been a member at F45 Rochester Hills for 2 1/2 years. My consistency in training here has been integral to my significant weight loss/strength gain during this time. Each workout is an ingenious set of exercises to create an exhilarating, effective result. No two workouts are the same, but the daily formats become familiar and are switched up each month.
