Michelle took my call before they opened. Jacob and James installed our hot water heater within the timeframe. Everyone was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I called around for quotes and Eller was the best.

Yes, I will be happy to explain my experience using this reputable company to everyone one evening my drain pipes under my kitchen sink broke apart, causing water to run all over my kitchen floor. Called Ellers right away to see when I would be able to be serviced to take care of this mess, to my surprise, the young lady in the office made an appointment for me that evening that very evening and sure enough! Jacob was the plumber that took care of me that evening. He was a polite, young man. He did a good job. All my experience With Ellers Service have been a positive one! I would say they’re the best . I received a phone call from the office prior to the plumbers’ arrival. They were friendly and polite. They worked quietly and cleaned up better than any other company that has worked on my house. The lead plumber explained any changes to the original plan and answered all my questions.
