My experience with this office is similar as the others with bad experiences. My household always scheduled appointments together...right before our scheduled appointment, Karen (who lives up to her actual moniker) rescheduled our appointment several weeks out despite us having made the appointment 6 months prior to. When the appointment was rescheduled, it was NOT scheduled together like it should have been, it was scheduled ON DIFFERENT DAYS AND DIFFERENT WEEEKS. When I respectfully pushed back on Karen (who hopefully no longer works there) she refused to schedule the appointments together and instead concocted some story - who knows what she said, but we were dropped from the practice. Therefore, if you disagree with anything that the office does or want an explanation you will be dropped. Ridiculous.

Dr. Leigh only cares about her patients if they agree to pay her extremely high prices for her services. If you disagree with her she drops you as a patient. She doesn't care if your insurance rejects her procedures she wants you to pay for them and do what she wants. Also, her referrals are high priced and arrogant if another dentist disagrees with them. I would never recommend her as a dentist.

I seldom post negative reviews. Suffice it to say, I'm just glad there are several qualified dental practices here in the Rochester Hills area. My initial visit to this dentist was definitely my final visit.
