I really don't want to leave a negative review but my appointment was a no call, no show. I lost 1.5 hours between driving round trip and waiting for the artist to show up.

Once I came across Captivated tattoo I knew my search for a tattoo shop was over. I worked with joey. I can say with confidence that he is a beyond professional, amazing artist and is a great individual all around. Great conversation, put all nerves to rest. I had the opportunity to meet the other artists there as well and they are just as professional as joey. He runs a great shop and has a great team of artists working there. I can promise that you will not be disappointed with anything!
Joey is amazing! We followed him from Eternal Tattoos to starting his own shop, Captivated Tattoo in Chesterfield. He's that good! We drive the 45 minutes because he is a true artist. From his amazing work, to his ability to see placement and design...to helping make the artwork individualized, if you're not sure what and how you want to make your tattoo pop. Joey is very easy to talk to and always makes us feel right at home when we come in. So happy to have him doing so well with his own shop.
P.s. the shop is so incredible. Clean, laid back, very homey!
