I’ve had chronic lower back paint for 40ish years and would throw my back out every 12-18 months. Then spend a week on the couch babying it back to health. So the last time my back went out, my usual week of recovery didn’t work, nor did 2 or 3 weeks, and my back actually went out again during my 4th week of resting it.
