A4 access was a referral from Handicare UK to Saviaria Stair lifts, they gave us the direct phone to the repair department of our local dealer
They told us a 2 week wait at the earliest, called back a week later to schedule an appointment a few days later. Technition called half an hour before arriving replaced batteries tested repair.Awesome experience!
The other companies we tried were just outside answering services for their sales departments.

My mom absolutely loves her new Brunno stairlift. She is now able to go and down the stairs, throughout the day, rather than just once in the morning and evening.We needed the installation done asap and the front staff, Adriana, was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. Thank you!The installer, Nick, called me on his way. He was on time, did quality work and very helpful in showing my mom how the lift worked etc. Again thank you.From all accounts the Brunno lift seems to be high quality and working like a charm.
