We had a great experience with this company. We ran into an issue when the glass that arrived was the wrong size, which could have been a really frustrating situation. Thankfully, Charles stepped in and handled everything. He was patient, professional, and worked with us to get the problem resolved smoothly.

Charles did a great job replacing the glass in a bedroom window. He did all the work himself. Quick and easy to work with. He also put the screen back in, which was not part of the job he was hired for. A good, Christian, businessman!
Charles was a pleasure to work with. He gave us a quote the same day that we asked, and installed our mirror less than 24 hours after he measured it. The mirror looks great and was a great deal.
