I was informed not to do anything by the owner who had power of attorney over my taxes at the time. As a result I incurred penalties and late fees because of his advice and incompetence. When I asked him for recompense for the mistakes and fines he said I had signed a paper relieving him and his company of any blame for problems arising from their doing my income tax. “So I did a 4 star only because when I was calling (during building hours show on google) to confirm my appointment time since I couldn’t remember the exact time. I couldn’t get an answer. So wound up having to go up there to and showed up pretty early. About 30 minutes early.Now to the tax person. Initially had an appointment with Keke but she had an emergency an wasn’t able to do it so Ra did my taxes, I really liked her. She was patient and answered any questions I had as well as explain in a way I’d understand. She took her time with everything and made sure it was filled out properly, and I did like the fact that. I think her name was Alyssa also did a double verification with things. I like the extra precautions. So overall, I would recommend them. The two ladies I’ve talked to today seem like they were very knowledgeable.“
