So disappointed. I had a 10am appt. I arrived at 9:58 and the doors were still locked so I texted. I received a response shortly that the opener was running late & would be here in 5 minutes. At 10:15 the lights came on so I went inside. The opener then told me that she couldn't reach the nail tech. I had one day to get this done after surgery & was extremely disappointed to say the least. Stood up 😞
I wanted to update this review because Katelin texted me to rectify the scheduling error and I just left her with some absolutely gorgeous nails! Mistakes happen. She made it right & then some. I will be back 🤩
I am soo deeply amazed! I love the atmosphere the kindness and friendliness! Amazing! Alex. Alex. Alex! Thank you thank you thank you! Thank you soo deeply for saving my hair! It looked like a mess and she saved my hair from what a different salon did and ruined my hair! Amazing work! And i am sooo happy with my hair again! I will be coming back and recommending Sleek Salon to everyone I know!
