I never write reviews but am making an exception in this case. Adam came out and was very professional and gave me confidence right away that it would be done right. Will definitely be my first call next time.

We relocated from SE Ohio to Richmond just over 2 weeks ago, and needed to have some electrical work done. I called 3 electricians in the area to inquire. 2 of the calls went to offices where a receptionist answered and handled their scheduling (which was fairly far out). I understand that, but the person taking the calls was unable to answer questions or understand what the issue was. I called North Wind and was initially not expecting much when my call went to voicemail. However, the reason it goes to voicemail is because the call actually goes to the cell phone of THE ELECTRICIAN! Adam and crew came in to install a bathroom ceiling fan and fix related “creative wiring.” When we asked if they could fix a couple big jobs/problems left by a lingering construction project, they got to it! One of the projects involved a vaulted ceiling with recessed and ambient lights that needed to be on a separate switch. The job had dwelled for months to no satisfaction under another team. Adam & crew were sharp, surgical, quick and professional. Thank you!
