PB&R recently completed a kitchen renovation in our 150 year old home. They incorporated the dining room into the kitchen, which meant removing a wall and adding a support beam, reinforcing the main beams in the basement, and making two ceilings the same height. But before any of that could happen, PB&R provided a designer who listened to all of our wants and needs, dislikes and constraints, and she put together a fantastic design. Jake from Premier did a good job. He answered all my questions on the work, kept me in the loop throughout the process. Very punctual and professional. I am happy with the final product and would hire Premier again.
I’ve never left a review before for a business that we didn’t end up going with, but when we had the owner come give us a quote for a total kitchen remodel and his ballpark estimate was way beyond our plans he had a very honest, candid talk with us about return on investment timelines (doing the job this year vs. in 3 years, or 5-6 years from now), discussing materials and labor cost patterns in the industry, etc. He even gave us the name of another company that has no affiliation with Premier that would likely meet our needs well (a company I’m sure we would’ve never found otherwise).
