Just had Jacob out for a repair. He fixed it quick then he went that extra mile and replaced the side cables he noticed were wearing. and adjusted the spring shaft that wasn't parallel. He was on time and called ahead to let us know he was coming. Very satisfied!
My garage door broke first thing in the morning. I made the call to Ed's at 9am. I heard back from Jacob at noon. By 4pm the door was fixed. Awesome service...highly recommended!
I called Ed's to help me with my door malfunction. In my case, he was able to come the NEXT DAY which I was NOT expecting. He was fast, thorough, and very friendly. Not to mention extremely reasonable with his price. I would HIGHLY recommend. He also found a few things that were installed improperly and fixed them. My garage door has never operated so smoothly
