We had a furnace that was smelling, The tech came out and gave us the bad news that we needed a new furnace. A day later, we had a very fair estimate and a week later we have a new working furnace (a holiday week too).Service: Heating system repair
Mr. Bob Roggow was courteous and professional. His right hand Marvin also was courteous. They also replaced a brand new furnace with a ten year warranty. I would highly recommend their services.Services: Heating system installation
These guys were awesome! Were able to get out the very next morning after I called late afternoon with furnace trouble. Friendly guys, didn't try and sell me on anything and explained everything. Turns out we accidentally fixed the problem when we were trying to problem solve and we didn't know about a safety feature which prevented us from realizing our fix, instead of the guys being upset that they came out for pretty much nothing did an inspection saw some other minor issues and cleaned the furnace (and disposed of a dead mouse that was found). They even wrote down the model number and told us the place to find the item needed for the minor fix so we could do it ourselves....read full review
