Very professional and friendly people work here. Everything was explained to me clearly and precisely. A little more costly than I expected but, the service is worth it! Will definitely be returning here for my eye care.
Pretty shocked with how great this eye doctor is. I had a bad experience a year ago at a different “big name” eye doctor, glasses and contacts were never right, I have had nothing but problems since. Precision was friendly right from the start. The doctor was great and got my script so I can finally see clearly! The difference between my yea told script to this new one is amazing! They didn’t have the style of glasses I was wanting and the staff was super helpful and even had me email them the style so they could get them ordered in before my next contact fit appointment! By far the BEST care I have had since I started wearing glasses and contacts back in high school.
My husband and I are very pleased as always with Precision iCare, Reed City, MI.From entering the front door to exiting, they are courteous and caring, thoughtful and professional!I recommend your practice yesterday after my appt.Thank you all at Precision iCare for all you do!
