The staff I spoke with was so kind and helpful, he worked with me and sent me an update when the flowers were delivered and I am SO grateful for his patience and professionalism! I have used Patterson's flowers many times and have never been disappointed. Their flower arrangements are gorgeous and the staff is very accommodating. I had one plant that faded quickly, but Brad sent a beautiful replacement in its place. I highly recommend this establishment.
I don't particularly like flower shops because of the strong odor of lillies or whatever flower that instantly reminds you of a funeral!! This time was no different as soon as you walk in; the smell of that flower was intoxicating! Malinda was GREAT and left me to find the exact items to piece together my purchase! (5 Stars) Later this week; I was met by Sandy (?)(who could have stayed in the back for all all the help she gives) tried to wait on me before a few years ago and didn't know much then about anything that I wanted which led me to pick out all my stuff myself (no problem there), but before I left she said it was nice to have helped me (which she didn't do at all)!!! I had been waited on her before and she didn't have any ideas for what I wanted! For me and my good tastes; it is better that I look around myself and pick out the right fit for the person I am purchasing! Sandy (0 Stars)!
