Building a new home long distance was scary. Hiring Kram to build it was the best decision we could have made. I cannot say enough good things about KRAM Construction & Design. They are beyond professional beginning when they come out to do the scope the work, the design, to the actual installation. They also left the job site immaculate. When you call and get to speak with Abby? You literally will walk away in a better mood and she is extremely responsive. Will, who was our foreman, stopped what he was doing when we arrived to walk over, shake hands and introduce himself and the team. Even the CFO Kathryn was great to deal with in regard to the invoicing. We are so happy with our new steel roof and gutters! It is rare to find a company (well outside a big city) that is this professional and completes the job on time and within budget. CALL THEM!
Over the years we've had many building construction companies do work for us. This team was the one of the best we've had the pleasure to hire. The communication is outstanding, the build team was professional and definitely knew what they were doing. They didn't leave a mess to clean up either. We very highly recommend them if you're in need of home construction or remodeling.
