Lori got me right in and did a great job. She is polite, professional, easy going and told me she has been cutting hair for nearly 40 years! The shop is conveniently located in downtown Reed City, no hassle messing with traffic in Cadillac or Big Rapids, and I was able to support a small local business. Thank you Ma’am.

The lady running the place was very nice and let me bring my dog inside the building even though this meant she had to put her dog away. I think the place is walk in only and that's cool because I hate when I have a minute to get a hair cut and I call other salons and I can NEVER get a walk-in, I have to schedule a ln appointment and it's usually the next day....but not this place. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lori is such a pleasure to talk with. I take my two boys, ages 6 and 7, and they love going to get their haircut here! Lori listens to their stories and asks them about what's going on at school. They love feeling grown up ?
