New carpet was very professional friendly and did an outstanding job they were here for about 8 hours and the whole time they were working and did a amazing job. Nacho was the lead technician and he deserves special praise thank you nacho we love it.
Sam and his team are fantastic! We began looking for carpet for our new home and initially looked at a larger company and became very overwhelmed quickly with all of the options and zero help choosing what would work for our home. We asked around and many people we know highly recommended Sam with New Carpet and Floors, so we checked out his show room. Sam was wonderful to work with! Within a half an hour of browsing his selection with his help, we had our carpet picked out. I have not had to buy carpet in a long time. What an amazing experience from the moment I stepped in to the location in Redford, Sam and his team were wonderful to work with. I was able to find the carpet I wanted, at a price I was willing to pay and they working seamlessly into my instillation parameters. I would recommend you working them!
