Lost power over Thanksgiving Holiday. Our Generator had an Emergency situation. Josh and team came to the rescue got our power returned and Generator fixed. All done in the same day with nothing but understanding and kindness. 5 plus stars to this amazing team!!!!!!

Amazing, quick emergency service. During the Ice Storm, we had a technician (Chris) come and help us out to get us back online. Unbelievable relief in an incredibly stressful time, and we could not be more thankful.

Our power went out during the recent ice storm, and our generator wouldn’t start. We called North Country, and they came to our house and fixed the problem in 2 hours! I was amazed. That’s incredible customer service!!
