I visited 5 years ago, I was there to pick up two Toyota vehicles with a total of 32 sets of tires and rims. They were shocked that I would help out with the loading of the tires and rims and then I loaded the two vehicles afterwards and this was in middle of winter and snowing very hard blowing snow. The staff was friendly and helpful with the loading procedures.
